Mr. McCollum is preceded in death by his first wife Mrs. Waltraud F. McCollum; second wife Mrs. Edith McCollum. He is survived by his daughter Andrea R. Gallagher; as well as grandchildren Brandon Gallagher, Justin Gallagher and Caitlyn Gallagher.
